Is is bad when your throat is white?



This is a dude from this weekend who was the tallest man I've ever seen in real life (besides shaq...) I thought he looked really slim. No lurpy lbs on this guy. Plus the cowboy boots are hot!




Um, someone please kill me. no really, I'm to the point of considering doctor assisted suicide! I don't think I would make a very good cancer patient. Anyway, went to the doctor and turns out I don't have strep, I'm just a big baby. But, I already knew that. So I've been looking into having this blog be a team blog which means you guys (Camille, Chantelle) can make posts instead of having to put things in comments. What do you think? All I need is your email addresses. Camille you give such good advise I definitely need you to be doing your own posts because sometimes people don't always look at the comments. Come on, we have like 11 people following us through this journey and we need to give them all we got!! Do it for the 11 people... (hi guys!)

in and out protein style
diet coke

snack-
chicken breast

dinner-
2 pieces whole grain toast

Thursday (day of death!!)
breakfast-
1 piece whole grain toast

lunch-
mahi mahi tacos (i had to have something with protein?)

dinner-
bean soup, chicken, avocado

PS. does insane amounts of Tylenol count as a snack? are there carbs in Tylenol when you are taking 4+ every 4 hours!??!?!?

I feel soo bad for you, but kind of jealous in whacked way, cuz i lose weight when I am sick! Is that a sign of mental coocooness? COO COO for Coco puffs??? i think so. I think the team blog would be a great idea. Tell those 11 people to leave comments..you lurkers, have the guts to write! We want to hear from you!

Are you sure you don't have strep? What did they say you had?
I have a new temptation in small amounts its ok but not countless bowls...Granola!!! I know I let myself have a bit thinking i have the will power..... and no I am like a crack addict that gets a wiff of intoxication and jumps the ship! I fully understand I just need to limit but lately this is what i crave and I need to chill.

6:00 a.m weight lifting
B-2 eggs with asparagus?? I know odd...but good
S- 1 1/2 mugfull of granola....wasn't hungry all day till literally 6:00p.m and even then I wasn't that hungry.
D- bowl of chili with 2 slices of cheese
Dessert- ricotta creme

went on a 4.5 mile run @ 9.00 p.m, with my brother Bert....it was a blast. Running in darkness under moonlight.....very cool.

remember how when we go to palm desert in oct we are going to go for moonlight runs with ashley and wakeup to maple bars and talk until dawn. and laugh...a lot. and eat white bread at tommy bahamas with nutmeg/honey butter and braid each others hair and have pillow fights in our underwear.

I have been missing for a couple of days. I have been doing good still 129.6. So I told Camille that I have been having wheat thins with my cottage cheese it taste great but she suggest to cut out my carbs. I have already given up bread for a week and still off sugar. I am going to give up most carb except fruit. I cannot ever give up fruit I love it too much and would go crazy without it.

One more month--I am going hard core- would love to lose 10 lbs
