still truckin'

okay, good days keep comin'. as for weight, i haven't checked since Monday. I'm starting not to care as much about weight. that's good right? anyway, here is my food log for Tues and wed

Tues-
breakfast
2 eggs
milk/splenda/caffix

lunch-
pita whole wheat, turkey, tomato, onion, laughing cow low fat cheese sandwich

dinner-
turkey carrot foil dinner with 2 tomatoes/olive oil/vinegar

Wed-
Breakfast
2 eggs

lunch-
leftovers turkey foil dinner

snack- Canadian bacon (2 slices)

dinner-
parm chicken with huge green salad

dessert-
ricotta cheese/cocoa powder/splenda......sooooooo good! (isn't that sad!)

Wednesday log:

B - Milk and almonds
snack - wheat tortilla w/peanut butter. I know weird.
lunch - chicken and pepper omelet
snack - string cheese
snack - carrots
Dinner - lean beef taco's

tomorrow I am excited because I got some salmon. I have just been so busy that I haven't been figuring out what to cook ahead of time and then I just get so hungry I just grab a big spoonful of peanut butter. It kind of offsets the diet I am sure. So I need to be better about meal planning.

Wed log:
B- milk/splenda/vanilla
2 eggs with ham
S- handful nuts
L- bowl of chile with black beans
S- 2 ham rolls with slice of cheese
D- roast with vegetables
lots of limeade with splenda

I feel have hit a stand still. I think I am eating too much and need to cut down, and lay off the splenda, they say if you plateau lay off the sugar free stuff.
