I've really been struggling the past few days... not that I've broken any rules... I'm just bored. You realize how much sweets are a cultural/social things when you no longer eat them. Life isn't as much fun when you don't have ice cream and brownies with everyone else. Life isn't as colorful when you're out to eat and you watch everyone else enjoy their cheesecake! But, I trudge forward... never budging... never wavering... I am a machine...
Sat-
Breakfast
2 eggs
lunch-
turkey/avocado, cucumber, red pepper lime salad
snack- 2 pieces dark chocolate (72 % cocoa!!)
dinner-
chicken quesadilla on whole wheat tortilla with avocado and salsa (yummy!)
Sunday-
breakfast- whole grain oat bran cereal (not bad with splenda)
snack- almonds
lunch-
2 eggs/water
and I keep going like a robot...

dude you are a machine. I have to confess, weekends are a problem! Help! i am not a machine, I am a weak heroin/carb addict who needs to be strapped into a rehab center! I have lost 5 lbs though which is good because, I have been at a stand still and have dipped below. My problem is when I am hungry and have not planned. I keep truckin though, because I am doing 100% better than before.
