Back on...

Things keep on truckin'. Everyone keeps asking me when I'm going to go back to "normal"? I guess I kinda have a new normal. I feel like I'm eating what I want, but what I want has changed. I don't feel like I"m losing more weight at this point and I don't really want to so I'm just staying at the same pace. Basically a hybrid phase 1 and phase 2. Here is my food log for the last few days.

Wed-
breakfast
2 eggs

Lunch-
salmon, mushrooms, snap peas
diet coke

Dinner-
Chicken kabob

Thursday-
Breakfast
2 eggs

Lunch-
Turkey, laughing cow reduced fat cheese, red pepper wraps
diet coke

snack-
1 hand full blueberries

Dinner-
salad, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, homemade ranch (so good!)

snack-
warm milk/vanilla/splenda

thursday:
B- 1 cup protein shake with postum
S- nuts
L- leftover steak and veggies
D- ricotta creme

friday thus far for breakfast:
1/2 oatmeal??? Is that bad I decided one thing of carbs a day, a little fruit or oatmeal, but I am scared too.

Where are you getting your salmon? Aren't you getting sick of it yet? The last two times we got our salmon (from costco, which is where I've been getting salmon since the beginning of time) it was really fishy. i'm a little turned off.


Oh, and don't say Safeway, because i might jump off a bridge. the only thing, besides you, of course, that I miss about california.
