I feel like death right now... what else to say!? I have the flu but yet I've still managed to eat like crap. Well, not that bad but I feel gross. Camille, I'm starting to feel like this whole blogging thing is leaving me more frustrated that we don't live next to each other. I really miss you! Can I contact the flu from you via blogging.........maybe that will help me lose weight??! No don't leave me I feel like i talk to you all the time so don't leave diet diaries even though you have a rockin bod now. Hope you feel better! I'll post my log later.
o.k compared to both of you I am eating a lot more. How many calories are you getting in. What I am doing right now is already hard for me.

Monday:
5 mile speed workout run
B- protein shake
S- granola with yogurt( felt drained and needed something starchy)
L-protein burger from Carl's Jr, and a diet coke. Sooo good I like made out with a hamburger and it was massive!
D- peice of fish oeange roughy...so good, my new favorite fish, steamed asparagus
Dessert- chocolate ricotta cream
Sash- It takes a little while to adjust to less food but you stop feeling as famished eventually, you have to shrink your stomach size and adjust. But eating enough to rev your metabolism like a fire burning. I think you are doing fine for what you want to do, if anything replace starchy snacks with proteing ones, because they could be the same calorie count but it takes your body longer to break down the protein, leaving you fuller longer. When i eat carbs by themselves my body burns them fast and i am starving an hour later. Add more protein, nuts, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, beans, hummus and veggies, peppers and cream cheese...are my snacks.
