It's just you and me...

Hey Camille, why didn't you call me back? Dude... Okay, so it is officially you and me left here but that is cool right? I'm totally still on board and working out like a crazy lady. How is the weight loss competition going. When is that over? miss you.

Tues-
b- let me guess...2 eggs
s- choc covered strawberry (soooooooo good!)
l- turkey wraps
d- cereal (that bran oats crap... not real cereal... although i would give my right arm for a bowl of golden grams right now... or pops... ummmmmmmm!!)

played b-ball... i suck!!

Wed-
b- hmmm.... 2 eggs
l- 2 mahi mahi tacos at baja fresh (i took one tortilla off of each taco, so good)
diet coke
d- avocado, asparagus and red pepper salad (even better with asparagus!)
snack- choc sugar free pudding
milk

4:30 pm cardio cut (got my hamstrings kicked big time!!)

Sweet, I have you all to myself! Sorry I didn't call you back, this morning ask William if it is ok if you schedule me in. I am glad your eating a little more carbs, you deserve it. Add sugar free chocolate to yesterdays comment, but I looked and it still has a lot of carbs so.... doh x'ing the sugar free candy. So do we have people checking out what we eat everyday or what? Lurkers? Sweet. Call you later.

P.S My competition ends on July 1st, do you think I should do phase one till then. I am just treying to add a little more carbs but I am afraid i won't get the 12 lbs lost. Eric and I entered the ST. George marathon lottery, and we got in, so we are signed up for Oct. I need to resume my training so i have been running 4 or 5 times a week with 2 days swimming and 2 days weightlifting.

hi, I am Camille's sister and I have lost one pound in our little competition. My goal is 125 my secret goal is 120. I currently weigh 132. The lowest I have gotten is 128. I get discouraged and start to climb back up. I need to stay focused so I am going to start my diet diary. I really don't have enough weight to lose to win the competiton I do want to look good in a swim suit this summer.--camille knows that my spelling is terrible--I will record tonight, thanks

Thursday.............didn't work out..death! So mad at myself!
B- nuts, ricotta creme
S-slice of cheese
L- protein burger and diet coke...so good!
S- handful of peanuts
D- chicken and mushrooms

Today was hard i want chocolate, and want to chuck my kids out the window! Stressed! Eric has been out of town this week at a candy convention in Chicago. He said it's this huge candy bazaar with every single kind of candy, you can imagine and tons of it. He said he is bringing home a suitcase full of different candy..........help me..serenity now! Don't worry I will resist.

Thursday--Camille why didn't you work out?

b-berry smoothie
s-honey oat bar
l-cup of tomatoe soup with cooked spinach, turkey slices
s-apple with peanut butter
d-salad, small thin slice of pizza, 1/3 cup of cottage cheese

I counted calories between 1200-1300 give or take

work out 3mile jog 1 mile swim 20 minute ab workout--I worked out in the afternoon so it was hard I prefer in the morning on a empty stomach
