Sorry, the baby is teething and miserable. SO SAD! Okay people, lets rally! We are in the home stretch... we can do this. Lisa, there is nothing wrong with snacks, just don't bail altogether. We only have 4 more days until we are free to eat toast!! can you imagine!?! Here is my food log for the last 2 days...
Wednesday-
Breakfast- 2 eggs
Lunch- Salad with goat cheese, tomato, avocado
Snack- peanut butter/diet coke
Dinner- bean soup/chicken avocado
snack- milk/vanilla (out of Mexican vanilla... so sad!!)
Thursday-
Breakfast- 2 eggs
Lunch- In'n out protein style/ diet coke
Snack- artichoke
Dinner- bean soup with chicken/avocado

Thursday-
B- eggs
S- almonds
L- Chinese Chicken Salad, ate the whole thing, bit did not eat tortillas, and mandarin oranges.....hard!
S- sugar free candy
D- bypassed pizza.....applause, I know had, taco salad no chips and toppings of one peice.
Friday-
B- 2 eggs
S- 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese with splenda...yummy.
11:00 called mandi for immeadiate intervention talk, cuz I feel like binging. to satisfy the lion within me had a peice of sugar free candy and 1 TBL peanut butter and some of my nicotine gum! (orbit bubblegum)
AAHH thus starts the dreaded weekend where there is so much temptation!
