The Pillar Falls!


Okay, so i definitely deviated from the diet this weekend. This was not out of weakness but out of necessity. I was up at this cabin fairly isolated and although I brought food for myself I got to a point where I didn't have enough calories and instead of snacking like crazy I decided to eat an unauthorized meal. What was the meal you ask...PIZZA! and it was good. So, besides that I was able to do pretty good but it is interesting how inconvenient this diet is. But, I can't stay home forever so I had to take one for the team...

Friday-

Breakfast- bran flakes, milk

Lunch-
in'n out protein style (so good!)

snack-
beef jerky and almonds

dinner-
salad, tomatoes and ranch

dark chocolate piece

Sat- the day of death!!

breakfast-
1 bowl life cereal (there was no other alternative!!)

Lunch-
avocado, cucumber pepper salad with lemon juice
water

dinner-
2 pieces Hawaiian pizza (sooooo good!!)
diet coke

Sun-
breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 piece ww toast

lunch-
bb chicken sandwich on ww bread, salad

snack-
almonds
diet coke

dinner-
pork, bean, cheese burrito (tiny)
water

Monday-
milk, all bran cereal

I'm recommited people. I kinda think it was a good thing because now I can work back up to something. I think i may return to phase 1! Camille, I am so proud of your little victories. I know what you mean...every one counts!! Chantelle, keep it up. The first part is really hard and it is easy to be hard on yourself and then just throw in the towel. You have to just move on and start with renewed commitment!

Mandi, I was wondering where you were, In your picture you look thin and great. I have now forgotten what I ate. It wasn't bad, I didn't have any desserts or sugar. I am cutting out bread until this contest is over and still staying off sugar.( But still having fruit)
My wieght is 130. Hopefully 128 next week. Taking it a day by day.

Yeah, you look great in those jeans! Are those your true relig's? I love seeing pictures of you!I am so glad you ate pizza and I don't think you need to do phase one, don't get greedy! You look awesome, enjoy it a little. I have a serious problem of bailing on the weekends, seriously! It's like I need one day of a mental break. I ran 10 miles on Sat. and 2 hrs later I was wiped! I could do nothing but take a three-hour coma/nap. I figured i need to to refuel so I ate some carbs, nachos! My own nachos, baked chips, cheese and shredded chicken. So then Sunday, I failed and ate a hamburger and a sice of cheesecake! I know, I know I am a wuss.....just give me the trophy.

Saturday:
post run- gatorade, (replacing electrolytes)
B- cashews
L- chicken nachos
no dinner

Sunday:
B- slices of cheese
L- soooo hungry sunday dinner
hamburger, cheesecake
no dinner

I am so glad you enjoyed every slice!
You see? you are human afterall!

Monday: 6 mile hill run
B- protein shake
S- pistachios/slices of cheese
L- roasted turkey and corn on cob
D- roasted turkey and green beans
Dessert- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and 1/2 cup homeade granola sweetened with splenda.........sooo good! Totally indulgence, felt like a great treat.
