This little girl was at the park on Sat and her afro puffs with her cherry dress was so cute to me! Made me feel like summer has finally come! Time to eat some cherries!
Okay, so I'm definitely feeling good lately now that my cold from h-e-l-l is over (that was me spelling hell by the way...kinda defeats the purpose when you are reading it!) Anyway, I'm back and ready to work-out tomorrow! Can't wait to get back to the gym. I'm going to step up the exercise this week because I'm going home this weekend and remember how my anorexic sisters think I'm chubby. As they call it... "big boned!" I'm the amazon woman in the family. That's fine. I like my badunk. So this weekend has been really mellow. The weather is finally picking up and today could not have been more perfect. How's Texas ladies? Chantelle, you are dropping lbs like a mad lady! You are doing something right that's for sure. I added Chantelle as an author so you can now make posts. Friday-

1/2 of William's left over cheese quasadilla on whole wheat tortilla
avocado,salsa
cherries (ummm... so good right now!)
D-Huge salad with Gorgonzola, bacon, almonds, oil and vinegar and fresh pepper (tomatoes too!)
s-
warm milk
Saturday-
b-
2 pieces toast
l-
in and out protein style, grilled onions, diet coke! so good.
dinner-
Turkey sandwich, laughing cow low fat cheese, tomatoes, lettuce
3 potato chips (tom's salt and vine agar... so good I had to taste!)
snack-
pudding snack with light whip cream

lunch-
turkey/cheese/asparagus pepper avocado salad

1 piece dark choc with natural peanut butter
diet coke
... keep it up girls and start posting like crazy!
PS saw this bikini on urban outfitters and I'm so tempted to buy it. i think it might be the only 2 piece i could pull off without making people run away in fear...

128!Hopefully 126 next week. I finally went grocery shopping and got alot of vegetables. I am still trying to eat more protien and less carbs, doing better but still can improve.
monday-wieghts for one hour
3 mile jog and 1 mile walk outside with jog stroller (hard for me I love the treadmill)
Tuesday-spin class, 2 mile walk 1 mile jog went with friend who is just starting to work out again
So I have been splitting up my workouts into twice a day to get double the burn after a workout. I think it is working. My husband says I am obsessed, He has no room to talk. On Saturday he ran 5 miles, rode his bike 35 miles, and workout out his legs.HE has no room to talk. I am in the zone!!
ok, I have to click on bikini to see the bikini. It is really cute and I love the color. I wish I could wear a bikini, maybe in 6 weeks. My problem areas are my stomach and love handles--you should get it.
