--On Saturday I went to Chile's and returned to my old eating habits. I couldn't resist the chips and salsa, but I did order the lettuce wraps and I ate at 8 o'clock at night. --
--GOALS this week:
15 miles jog throughout the week
2 spin classes
2 workouts in pool
2 weight sessions
2 ab workouts
no sugar no bread, eating before 6 p.m.
I am going to weigh in on Saturday--hopefully 126--I haven't dared weigh myself after Saturday night. --3 weeks till conest is over!

AAHH Chile's downfall...thats ok just get back on the horse! Only 3 more weeks...crap wish it was longer. I just don't feel my engine is burning I don't know but the pressure makes things worse.
Sunday log:
B- avocado salad...i know weird
L- whole wheat quesadilla...wanted to say the h&$$ with it but decided to "cheat" on that instead.
D- grilled chicken salad and veggie skewers- omitted the rice
Dessert- sugar free strawberry and oatmeal crisp.
Could be why I am at a standstill.
Ditto...new week making the rounds again!
