The stomach flu diet...

Oh yes, I have been to hell and back! Woke up Tues morning with the fresh feeling of puke in my lungs! Seriously, having the stomach flu is so overrated... or is it underrated? Anyway, I'm finally feeling a little better and I'm pretty sure I lost at least 1 lb so I'm trying to capitalize off that! You guys are keeping it up! Did the Google invites not work? you should be able to post now... but let me know!

Tues-
2 pieces sour dough toast (actually has a low glycemic index because of the acid)

Wed-
1 bowl bran flakes
5 triscuits
1 turkey burger Pattie with cheese, lettuce, tomato

milk

also, i worked out on Monday, 1 hr weights... so sore!! Remember Camille BIG MEALS WITH LOTS OF VEGGIES AND MEAT!!!! KEEP THE MACHINE RUNNING!

ps Ben just put in the movie "The Painted Veil" Have you seen it? Oh, I'm so obsessed... seriously such a good movie! Haunting!

So do you still have the stomach flu? I hate puking so much. I haven't checked my google email, I don't use it that much and I need to figure out how to post. I am very new to the blog thing.

Yesterday I did 2-mile jog, 1-mile walk and swam for a mile. I hurt my knee somehow I think while swimming so I didn't work out in the afternoon and didn't go this morning. It is driving me crazy I love getting my heart-rate up. --But my husband says I need to give my knee a rest or I could hurt it worse.

wieghed 127.8 today. I haven't seen that in three years!

I have stayed on the diet but i cannot remember what I have eaten?? I need to write it down but,
here is what I remember:
Wed
B-almond protein smoothie
S-pistachios
L- endamame, turkey, cheese
D- 2 meatballs with spaghetti sauce over chickpeas, pretty good
