Well, I woke up today to find out that my most loyal compatriot had dropped off the wagon! Sad times, sad sad times! I know she can return, like the prodigal son I will welcome her in my arms and give her all I have as if nothing has changed!
Surprisingly I am no longer hungry or craving sweets/carbs. They say the first 2 weeks is to change your body chemistry and I think I'm finally there. Lisa- you are my hero!
Here is what I ate yesterday-
Breakfast- 2 eggs
Snack- cashews at church
Lunch- Chicken soup with beans/avocado
Dinner- Huge salad with oil and vinegar(yummy!)
postum (thanks Carrie... can I borrow it... just kidding!!)
Today so far-
cashews and 2 eggs...
bring it on people!!

I know, I know, I suck. I am back on board for the eating, I just don't think I can stop running, I gonna think about it. Thanks for the pep talk at 1/2 time mandi, I feel like a 16 yr old football player who is losing and gots to get his head back in the game! Postum? My family secret for generations, it's my mexican grandma's staple breakfast food and mine in the winter. Nice to know other people like it too.
any consolation I felt like $%*@!!!! yesterday, my body felt like crap, gassy, bloaty, idigestion, the works! Mandi you are thinking, good....a little punishment! :)
I am here, Sunday was a toughy because I just didn't feel good. I can't even remember what I ate really it is all a blur, But I remember Josh trying to entice me with ice-cream and cookies. I didn't do it. I can make it another 7 days!!!
