Kill me!


Okay, so basically I still want to die! Today was a little bit better but I still felt hungry pretty much all day! I'm not really needing sweets, I'm just always hungry! Maybe I'm not eating enough or something...I keep thinking "10 more days to go!!" I can do anything for 10 days right? I came across this picture of me from my senior prom! Too funny. I'm just looking for more motivation. Not that I expect to look like i did in high school. Hopefully not. My nose was too big for my face and I had no boobs. But now my boobs are saggy! I guess everything is a trade off?! Anyway, here is my food journal for the day... Keep it up ladies! I'm proud of you all...I've official lost 2 pounds!


Breakfast-

3 eggs, scrambled with a little cheese on top


Lunch- Chinese Chicken salad with peppers, almonds


Snack- broccoli (how depressing is that!!?)


Dinner- 1 c. Lentil Soup, 1 c leftover turkey/peppers roast from Tuesday


I'm going to the grocery store tonight to get sugar free jello . I'm dying here! But, no pain no gain!!!!!!!!!


PS my sister had just recently tore her ACL and had surgery 2 days before this picture was taken. She usually isn't this lurpy.

I can't decide whether you look hot or anorexic. Don't aspire to look like that, " I like my women meaty" . I felt hungry too, and I feel like I am eating more than you guys. Today I was hungry and I cheated a little... not bad.
Swam @ 5:30 and lifted weights for 30 min

B- super smoothie

S-10 almonds

Lunch- out to mexican restaurant, had 1 bowl beef vegetable soup with 1/2 rice in it....yikes!
2 bites of tortilla, but did NOT eat a single fried chip with salsa....huh?

D- 1 handful nuts,1 sugarfree peice of chocolate,1 jello cup.

45 min hill walk.

Resolutions... not even a bite of carbs! I'm sorry, and beating myself up over it! Tommorow perfection!

I was hungry all day too! But thanks to yours and Lisa's milk concauction, I actually felt full after dinner! I am totally going to turn that into my new "hot chocolate".

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet

stair-stepper interval training 45 minutes

snack: 10 almonds

Lunch: Chicken lettuce taco's again

snack: 1 spoonful of peanut butter, bad idea...I really needed a drink of milk afterwards, but I wanted to save it for later.
1 piece sugar free gum

dinner : Roast, carrots, potatoes (for Josh, I "held" the potatoes on my plate, whaaa!)

Babyshower: avoided all eye contact with chocolate cake and chocolate covered strawberries, but I did have a small spoonful of artichoke dip, 4 corn tortilla chips. Can that just count as a vegetable????
