Okay, off to a good start ladies! I'm really proud of you all. I noticed yesterday that Annie, Laura, Leslee and Lisa W. all forgot to post their food diaries!! This is essential for success. Plus it helps us all to get ideas about what to eat as the process gets more difficult. Something Lisa and i discovered is 1/2 c. warm non fat milk with vanilla extract and splenda! It really helped with cravings last night. Just a little sweet, warm treat after dinner. Also, I'm going to get some sugar free hard candy today because that is legal in small amounts. Today I have eaten the following:

breakfast:

2 egg/mushroom and shallot omelet with 1 TB low fat cheese

projected lunch:

lettuce wraps, diet coke

projected dinner:

turkey foil dinners with onions, peppers, mushrooms and carrots

snack: almonds and water!! sounds exciting

ps as far as the Trader Joe's cleanse goes... lets just say I better stay close to the toilet today. =)

Lets have a perfect record today with every body's food journals complete tonight!! We CAN DO IT!!

Swam@5:30 a.m 45min & ran 30 min
B- 7:00am Post workout smoothie:
1/2 blueberries,1/2 raw oatmeal,1TBL flaxseed, 1/2 milk, 1 scoop protein

S 1-9:45 15 raw almonds

S 2- 11:00 2 slices ham with 1 slice of cheese

L-12:30 2 slices turkey with 1 wedge laughingcow light cheese, 1/2 cup broccoli salad. Diet Coke

2:00 weight workout~ came back starving had 1/2 cup broccoli salad.

D-5:00p.m small portion of pot roast with 1 cup steamed vegetables

Dessert- 1 sugar free jello cup with a dollop of light whip cream. Really yummy and <1gram of sugar, 25 cal.

P.S Mandi, does it seem I'm eating more than you? I had a lot of working out today=hunger

I can't compete with Camille and her awesome workout regime!
TUESDAY:
Stair-stepper 40 minutes while watching Regis and Kelly, 20 minutes free weights.
Breakfast - egg white omelet (havarti cheese, egg whites, turkey)
snack - 10 almonds
snack - 12 snap peas
lunch - Chicken Lettuce tacos
snack - 1/2 cup light yogurt
dinner - teriyaki chicken wraps
Boo boo - treat at a friends house. I'M SORRY!!! I WAS OVER AT A FRIENDS HOUSE AND I DIDN"T WANT TO BE RUDE!!! I FEEL LIKE A LIAR!!! It won't happen again.

p.s I am writing my workout schedule for myself not to make you feel bad! I'm sorry! I am a self admitted pyscho, and training for a marathon and sprint triathlon.

p.s.s stairstepper is killer for 40 min!

I can't do it! I thought I could but I can't! Monday night we went to this cute little older ladie's house in my ward to make aprons and she had a sweet little spread that I couldn't pass up! I would rather keep the 8 lbs and indulge a little! Do you hate me?
